Responsibilities: Plan, staff, coordinate, control, and organize the professional, operational, and financial functions of the Pharmacy. Assure that Pharmacy operations are consistent with the organization's mission and vision, are responsive to physician and patient needs and improve patient health outcomes. Must be able to demonstrate and utilize knowledge of advanced principles and theories in Pharmacy and healthcare management. Current license to practice Pharmacy in PA required. Prior job-related work experience of at least 5 years is required. Master's degree in management preferred. PharmD with healthcare management and/or graduate management degree preferred.
