We have an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Research Biologist/Research Fellow in our Biologics organization. In this position you will be an integral part of our Antibody Pharmacology group, providing strategic leadership to a group of 2-4 researchers while establishing in vivo and complementary in vitro systems. You will also be able to build on our existing models to identify and characterize the mechanism of actions of therapeutic proteins. You will be responsible for designing studies to dissect in vivo mechanism of action in support of research programs and IND submissions. In this role you will also have the opportunity to stay abreast of and utilize state-of-the-art techniques in the field of antibody pharmacology. This position sits in a matrixed organization with the opportunity to work with internal and external groups to achieve departmental objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or equivalent) in pharmacology, immunology, cell biology or related field with 3+ years of post-doctoral training. You must have a Strong background in the use of animal models and a solid understanding of in vitro / in vivo mechanisms of action of antibodies as demonstrated by publications in peer-reviewed journals.
