Rich Kneece is a recognized expert in the areas of technology, talent strategy, employment trends, and Internet recruiting.

His expertise has been featured by CNN, Mass High Tech, NurseWeek, MSNBC, The Scientist, NY Times, Boston Globe, Arizona Sun-Times, Pharmaceutical Executive, Boston Business Journal and the San Francisco Business Times (among others), and he has made speaking appearances for organizations such as Harvard School of Public Health and Babson College.

Prior to his current role at Massachusetts Technology Corporation, Rich was Director of Training & Strategic Education for Granitar, Inc., a leading consulting firm with customers such as Thomson, Amtrak, New York Times Digital, and Compaq.

As a Key Accounts Manager for Aetna U.S. Healthcare, he was in the top 5% nationwide in overall membership retention and was a top graduate of Aetna's industry-leading executive sales training program: the Group School. In addition, Rich was a project leader and/or team member on several award winning training projects (American Society for Training & Development).

His career began with IBM Corporation as a communications specialist.

Rich is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and has completed significant graduate work at the University of Connecticut and the University of Massachusetts.

He is a former competitive bicycle racer and has raced on a national level. Rich is a member of the American Society for Training & Development and the Marquis Who's Who in America. He spends some of his free time volunteering for Boston Cares, the ASPCA and Junior Achievement of Massachusetts.
